Setting/Media Sources

Boxee has a generalized menu structure in which to define and navigate media sources.

This structure is initialized with the following categories at the top of its heirarchy.

Local Sources

Content on the local filesystem of the Boxee host.

Network Sources

Content stored on the LAN connected to Boxee host. Updating or adding network sources is described in the How to Manually Add A Source section below.

Applications

This section is used to scan for, add, and remove Boxee Applications (aka Plug-ins)

How to Manually Add A Source

Specify your source, local or network or application, at the top level of the Settings/Media Sources heirarchy.
